If you are seeing some rainbow artifacts (i.e. chromatic abberation) on your Looking Glass display

This will happen when you are plugged into HDMI mode and you do not have your HDMI / one of your USB-C cables plugged in. Ensure that all the cables in your display configuration are plugged in correctly.

If you notice that some media or applications are running at a slow frame rate.

First, ensure that your PC or Mac meets the minimum spec requirements for running the Looking Glass 16" spatial display content. Ensure that you then have Vertical Sync enabled ->

  1. Click the Start button or Windows icon

  2. Type NVIDIA control panel into the search bar

  3. Press Enter on your keyboard

  4. Click Manage 3D settings

  5. Under I would like to use the following 3D settings, scroll down until you see Vertical sync

  6. Select Vertical sync to choose Force on from the drop-down menu

Lastly, ensure that the graphics card is targeting all the applications that you've installed including the web browser you're using (we recommend Chrome). For a detailed breakdown of how to set this for your PC, follow this guide here.
