❓Common Troubleshooting Issues
Looking Glass Go has an onboard memory that allows for saving hologram playlists while on the move.
To enter Standalone Mode, plug in the provided USB-C cable and power adapter into a power source, then into your Go.
If the Go is receiving power, you should see the status LED above the power button breathe white.
If so, tap the power button to turn the device on.

🪄Demo Holograms
Desktop Mode allows you to use your Looking Glass with your Mac, Windows, or Linux computer and use software like Liteforms and Blocks, as well as create your own applications usingour integrations with tools like Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine, WebXR and more.
Software Requirements
In order to use your Looking Glass in Desktop Mode you'll first need to install Looking Glass Bridge, you can download that here.
Once Looking Glass Bridge is installed, run the test below and you should see a hologram appear on your display. That means it's working!
