Importing the Looking Glass Unreal Plugin
Installing to the Engine
Navigate to where your Unreal Engine instance is installed. Then navigate to Engine/Plugins/ThirdParty. If the ThirdParty folder does not exist, make one.
The download for the plugin includes multiple versions that are dependent on the version of Unreal Engine you're using. You'll want to select the folder that matches the version of the engine you intend to use, and then paste it into the ThirdParty folder as shown below.
If you have a project open already, you'll need to restart to enable the plugin.
For Installation with New Projects
Select a template from the list. Name your project, choose a file location, and press the โCreateโ button in the bottom right.
Next, navigate to the folder where you saved your new UE4 project. Right click and create a new folder named โPluginsโ.
Navigate into the โPluginsโ folder and paste the HoloPlay folder into the folder. If you don't have a Plugins folder, you can make a new folder in file explorer. Once you've placed the HoloPlay Plugin in the proper folder you'll need to restart your project for Unreal to load it properly.
